Experience Level: Mid-level to Expert (2-4 years preferred)


We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through digital channels. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.


Campaign Management & Strategy


  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and other digital channels (YouTube, Blogs, Magazines)
  • Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates
  • Create detailed campaign reports and present insights


Paid Advertising & Analytics


  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube advertising
  • Utilize Meta Business Suite to develop and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
  • Leverage Google Analytics to track website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement


Content Creation & Design


  • Develop compelling ad copy, social media content, and marketing materials that align with our brand
  • Create eye-catching graphics, banners, and visual assets using design software such as Canva
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints
  • Optimize content for different platforms and audience segments


Administration


  • Maintain organized records and files while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination of meetings, and managing office supplies.
  • Provide customer service to our borrowers with a friendly personality.
  • Assist in Data Entry into our online systems.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to our digital presence and client communications.
  • Work independently based on task lists and meet deadlines.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated results
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram advertising)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics
  • Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities


Preferred Qualifications


  • Google Ads certification
  • Facebook Blueprint certification
  • Experience with additional marketing tools (Go High Level, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Photography or video editing skills
