Fabricator

Position available for a trade show fabricator with experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or woodworking. This fabricator will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing some incredible designs for trade show exhibits, permanent installations, and events! Workdays are 8 hours with a start between 4am and 6:30am with OT opportunities.

• Construct and repair trade show exhibits, permanent installations, and events
  
• Required to work with team members in other departments
  
• Use project management skills, following each step through to timely completion in order to meet deadlines
  
• Determine materials needs, check available stock, and order as appropriate
  
• Use appropriate tools for measuring, cutting, shaping and assembling a variety of materials
  
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with all rules and regulations
  

• Some experience required in cabinetry, carpentry, industry trade school, or a combination of education and work experience, with a working knowledge of basic construction - We will teach you the rest!
  
• MUST be available to work overtime as needed - typically peak season from November - March (overtime is determined by workload)
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and materials required
  
• Working knowledge and experience using hand and power tools
  
• Must be able to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines
  
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and well-organized to meet high quality standards
  
• Is proactive, and works efficiently and accurately under pressure
  
• Motivated with a positive attitude, works with others as part of a team
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Some travel may be required
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
