IT Technician

In the role of the IT Technician, you will be responsible for both our office and manufacturing sites in the Americas and Canada, providing support locally and remotely as needed.

This role will be base out of our Clinton, PA location but will work closely with our Nord-Lock Group IT department and CIO acting as an interface between the local organizations and global IT.

Relocation is not being offered for this position.

Your profile consists of the following areas of experience, knowledge, and responsibility:

• Provide support and administration tasks to offices and manufacturing sites including but not limited to PC, mobile devices, printers, local networks, local storage, and backup.
  
• Implement global standards and projects locally on behalf of the IT department.
  
• Capture local requirements and needs to communicate with global IT.
  
• Participate in both local and global IT tasks.
  
• Point of contact with outside suppliers and vendors.
  
• This list is not all inclusive and may include other duties as assigned and necessary for the operation and management of the business.
  

Requirements & Desired Characteristics:

• Bachelor�s or associate degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in IT or similar discipline with a minimum of 1 year experience in an IT support role.
  

OR

• A high school diploma or equivalent that includes a minimum of 3 years� experience in an IT support role.
  
• Excellent Microsoft Windows client skills
  
• Office365 experience
  
• Local network experience
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and develop relationships.
  
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage competing tasks.
  
• Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
  
• Must possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and improve in all skill areas.
