We are looking for an Experienced LEAD TEACHER for Early Preschool / Preschool with valuable experience in that role.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. Experience as a LEAD TEACHER REQUIRED.
Candidate MUST have:
- Experience working as a Lead Teacher in a childcare facility.
- Effective parent / teacher communication
- Strong classroom management (transition, group control, developing lesson plan, etc.)
- 45 hours DCF Training, CPR & 1st aid.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish), preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for students
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes student growth and development
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive and safe learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning and development
