Responsible for outpatient pharmacy operations including strategic planning, program growth and development, all aspects of daily operations, regulatory compliance, finance and budgeting, purchasing, marketing, organizing and managing quality, medication error management, payer contracting, formulary management, billing and collection processes, payer and supplier management, cost-effective service delivery ensuring consistency with customer expectations. Manage team performance clearly and effectively to achieve established operational goals.
Required Education and ExperienceGraduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Three years supervisory or management experience in a community or outpatient pharmacy. Minimum three years clinical pharmacist experience in a community pharmacy setting.
Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist.
Pediatric hospital pharmacy experience and/or Pediatric Residency Training. Advanced degree in pharmacy. Licensed pharmacy preceptor. Record of successful cross-disciplinary process coordination. Committee Leadership experience. Project Management.
Compensation Range$176,450.00 - $264,674.00 per year
