Motorcoach Operator

Napaway is a new kind of premium coach charter service that combines the comfort, privacy, and service of a first-class airline suite with the convenience and flexibility of luxury bus travel.

Our premium coaches instantly convert between extra-legroom business class seating and individual private suites with full-flat beds. The result: a first-class luxury-and-sleeper coach that's unlike anything else on the road.

Napaway offers premium charters for sports teams, bands, and productions, plus corporate transportation services and beyond!

Our clients include multiple NFL franchises, minor league sports teams, college teams, bands and artists, touring productions and Fortune 500 corporations.

Trips with sports teams and corporations are typically 2-6 days in length and include a mix of daytime and nighttime driving. Trips with bands and touring productions may be 1-6 weeks in length and consist primarily of nighttime driving.

We’re looking for experienced, motivated, and friendly coach operators to join our growing team for charter services (short and long trips).

Full-time and Part-time operator positions are currently available.

The ideal candidate for this position will be doing more than driving a coach-they’ll be an ambassador for our Company. Responsibilities will include:

• Driving the Napaway coach on chartered trips varying from one day to multiple weeks in length
  
• Keeping the coach clean and looking good while out on longer trips
  
• Serving as group leaders main point of contact and providing all the passengers with a charming, pleasant, and safe trip
  
• Working closely with our CEO and operations team to improve and refine the Napaway experience

As a Napaway Operator, you’ll be taking on a number of roles: driver, leader, teammate, and-for our passengers-the face of Napaway. To that end, we’re looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• CDL B (with passenger and air brake endorsements) with at least 3 years of passenger driving experience and an active DOT medical certificate
  
• Clean driving record
  
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  
• Ability to pass a drug test and a criminal background check
  
• Entertainer coach driving experience is a plus
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt their habits and driving styles
  

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• passenger CDL transportation : 2 years (Required)
  

License/Certification:
