Liberman Media Group is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Accounting Analyst to support the Finance & Accounting team. This position is ideal for candidates looking to build foundational accounting experience in a dynamic broadcast environment. The Accounting Analyst will assist with data entry, reconciliations, monthly close procedures, and general ledger support across accounts payable, receivable, and reporting functions.
- Assist with coding transactions and entering data into the accounting system accurately and timely.
- Prepare basic supporting schedules and perform account reconciliations.
- Help with month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and ledger reviews.
- Maintain accounting records and ensure documentation is properly filed and organized.
- Support reporting tasks, including internal reports and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure accuracy in AP, AR, and general accounting functions.
- Support the Senior Accountant with tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor�s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
