• Job Summary

+ The IT Manager uses their technological skills to power the solutions that help our company and employees grow and thrive. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of network maintenance, experience managing staff, and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations. They are also responsible for assignments delegated by the VP of Finance and Accounting, which is not limited to the following essential responsibilities.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

+ Directs and guides day-to-day function of IT team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

+ Ensures team members are trained in all aspects of their position.

+ Provides constructive feedback, guidance, and reinforcement to employees regarding job performance.

+ Analyzes the current systems and assets, recommends and implements solutions and upgrades, and provides training.

+ Maintains essential IT operations. Examples include maintaining and installing operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

+ Handles business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.

+ Takes initiative through projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.

+ Researches and evaluates emerging technologies, hardware, and software to recommend privacy and efficiency improvements.

+ Tracks and maintains hardware and software inventory.

+ Maintains a strict adherence to privacy expectations for customers (HIPAA), employees, and the company.

+ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365, and the willingness to learn new software.

  • Requirements

+ Education / Experience

  • Associate or bachelor�s degree preferred, areas of study preferred include technology, computer security or computer science.
  • 5+ years of IT Management preferred.
  • 1 year of Healthcare IT preferred.
  • Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring preferred

+ Must be willing to work flexible hours, as needed, including weekend(s) and evening(s).

+ Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.

+ Must have reliable transportation.
