Job Summary:


Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) services include full-service CFO Advisory Services, Controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. Flexibility in the workplace.


Requirements:


  • Oversee and manage responsibilities of assigned CAAS transitional staff
  • Oversee the timely, efficient processing and accurate payment of vendor invoices
  • Oversee accounts receivable invoices and applications of payments
  • Manage payroll processing and reporting
  • Prepare and file sales tax returns
  • Perform accounting system catch-ups and clean-ups


Qualifications:


  • BS degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in accounting with 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent communicator
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to manage workflow
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards


Salary: $60,00,00- $70,000.00
