Overview:
The Warranty Claims Specialist is a full-time position responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are accurately recorded. This role supports the accounting team in preparing balance sheet reconciliations, recording journal entries, and preparing financial reports. The Staff Accountant will also handle various accounting tasks and special projects as assigned.

+ File all warranty-related parts and service calls are properly registered with manufacturers (i.e. Lennox).
+ Coordinate with Warehouse team to locate and access returnable parts
+ Manage and track life cycle tracking of warranty parts and equipment
+ Use a clear tagging process with technician for parts and equipment
+ Locate, verify, and return warranty-related equipment (ie. thermostats and other required return items)
+ File, maintain and track rebates
+ Assist with special projects as assigned
